THE COMMON DENOMINATOR

One thing is for certain, we as humans all share specific common denominators in life. We come into this world with nothing and we leave this world with nothing. Yes, some of us are born into this world with more than a few giant steps ahead of others but we all share time. We all are given access to unlimited information hidden deep within our subconscious mind. 

Regardless of our situations in life, everything boils down to perspectives. There are two common denominators in life which are time, and mind.

Our Habits are our subconscious decisions that shape our future. Habits can be defined as, "a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up." The key words being regular tendencies. When something becomes a regular tendency, it becomes a habit that we are not ALWAYS fully aware of. As a child we are slaves to our impulses, and as an adult we are slaves to our habits. It is our habits that deter us away from our goals. It is our lack in discipline and desire for comfort that forms our bad habits. If you don't know where to start, here are FIVE practices that have helped me grow as a person and develop good habits.
